How do I get started?

If you would like to learn more about my services, please feel free to contact me so that we can schedule a brief, complimentary phone consultation to learn more about your concerns and we can assess if I can be a good fit for your needs and answer any questions you have. If we decide to move forward, we will schedule our first consultation where I will gather important information about you to make a treatment plan to meet your needs.

Do you accept insurance?

I am not in network with any insurance companies and I am considered an out of network provider. While I am not in network with any insurance panels, many insurance plans have out of network benefits for mental health and therefore you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for our sessions. I regularly provide documentation (superbills) with all the necessary information to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. If you would like to move forward with scheduling sessions, I would recommend you contact your insurance company prior to scheduling so that you can find out what (if any) reimbursement you are entitled to.

What are your rates & payment options?

My rates vary depending on the services provided, so please call me to discuss further. Payment is accepted by credit card through a safe and secure online portal.
